  • One 50 minute session: BD 40
  • Your initial session, which will last 80 minutes: BD 55
  • Four or more consecutive, weekly sessions: BD 35 (BD 140 payable at first session)

Sessions of this healing and comforting non-talking therapy last approximately 50 minutes. For the multiple-session rates, a minimum of 4 sessions must be paid in advance. If this is your first time, it is recommended that you take four sessions for maximum impact. Ideally, this would be weekly, but you can advance at your own pace.

How a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) session with me works

  • I begin each session by guiding you to leave your worries and your to-do lists outside, so you can be completely present. We might talk about where in your body you require healing. You may already begin to feel a sense of calmness coming from within you.
  • Next, you will lay on the therapy bed, covered with blankets to make you completely comfortable. I will cover your eyes, so that you can become focused on within.
  • You will enter deeper relaxation through a very easy and calming guided mediation and breathing exercise.
  • When you are ready, the craniosacral therapy begins. By softly placing my hands on different areas – your ankles, your head, the small of your back – I help guide you to your own healing wisdom. I rely on my instincts to take my hands to where your pain or trauma is coming from.
  • You will experience very deep relaxation during this session along with a strong sense of energy flowing through your body, gathering intensity in some areas. This will feel very good, and in some cases, small aches and pains will be soothed away. Some people feel very hot during their session, and need to have blankets removed. Others are very cold. Some enter a sleep-like state and others have dream-like experiences.
  • In all cases, my objective is for you to feel completely safe and comfortable so that your inner wisdom and natural tendency towards healing can be optimized.
